Organisations & Presentations
Creating conversations that inform, connect and create meaningful change.
Every organisation is different.
The people you support, the challenges your team encounters, your workplace culture and the outcomes you are seeking all matter.
That is why BREATHWORK GIPPSLAND does not offer a one-size-fits-all presentation package.
I work with organisations to create tailored keynote presentations, half-day workshops and full-day workshops designed around your organisation's needs, audience and objectives.
The goal is simple: to create an experience that is informative, practical, engaging and relevant to the people in the room.
Keynotes
Presentations that create space for new perspectives.
A keynote presentation can be a powerful way to open a conversation, introduce a new perspective or bring a different voice and lived experience into your organisation.
Presentations can be tailored for:
• Staff development days
• Conferences and professional events
• Community organisations
• Disability and support services
• Health and wellbeing initiatives
• Leadership and workplace development
• Carer and support-worker audiences
• Organisational events and team days
Presentations are developed specifically for your audience and can incorporate education, reflection, practical strategies and opportunities for meaningful conversation.
HALF-DAY WORKSHOPS
Practical learning with space to explore
Half-day workshops provide the opportunity to go beyond a presentation and create a more interactive learning experience.
Depending on your organisation's objectives, a workshop may incorporate:
• Trauma-informed education
• Understanding the impact of stress and overwhelm
• Practical breath awareness
• Nervous-system-informed approaches to wellbeing
• Communication and connection
• Reflective exercises
• Experiential learning
• Practical tools participants can take into everyday life
• Facilitated discussion and reflection
Workshop content is tailored to suit the organisation, the audience and the intended outcomes.
FULL-DAY WORKSHOPS
A deeper opportunity for learning, reflection and practical application
A full-day workshop allows greater time to explore a topic in depth while incorporating education, discussion, practical experiences and reflection.
Rather than filling a day with information, I focus on creating a purposeful learning experience that gives participants time to understand, experience, reflect and apply.
The structure and content of each full-day workshop are developed in consultation with the organisation.
A TAILORED APPROACH
Your organisation. Your people. Your objectives.
Before developing a presentation or workshop, I take the time to understand what you are actually looking for.
• What is happening within your organisation?
• Who will be attending?
• What would you like participants to understand or take away?
• Are there particular challenges, themes or areas of focus you want addressed?
• What type of experience would best suit your team or audience?
From there, I develop the presentation or workshop around your requirements.
This means the content is not simply a presentation taken off the shelf. It is created for you.

Professional & Sector Experience.
I have previously worked as a Disability Support Worker and Disability Coordinator, giving me direct experience within the disability sector and an understanding of the realities faced by participants, families, carers and support teams.
I have also spoken directly with organisations and groups in face-to-face settings and have been developing my public speaking presence in the online space for more than three years.
This combination allows me to bring both professional knowledge and real-world experience to the room.
I believe the most valuable presentations do more than deliver information.
They create an opportunity to pause.
To consider another perspective.
To ask a different question.
To notice what may have previously gone unnoticed.
And, where appropriate, to leave with something practical that can actually be used beyond the presentation.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate and experiential, while remaining grounded and accessible.
I do not believe people need to be told what they should change.
Instead, I aim to create an environment where people can explore what might be possible.
Whether you are looking for a keynote speaker, a half-day professional development workshop or a full-day experience, I would love to hear what your organisation is looking for.
Every presentation and workshop is tailored to the organisation's needs and requirements.
Pricing is therefore provided following an initial conversation and is based on the scope, format, audience, preparation and requirements of your event.
Once you tell me a little about your organisation, your audience and what you are looking for.
We can then have a conversation about how I may be able to create something specifically for you.
