NDIS 1:1 Support

Are you an NDIS participant who is self-managed or plan-managed and looking for personalised 1:1 support that meets you where you are?

Personalised support. Your pace. Your capacity.

Breathwork Gippsland offers a gentle, trauma-informed 1:1 Embodied Breath Mentorship Program for suitable NDIS participants whose individual plan and funding arrangements allow them to access the service.

This is not about pushing harder, forcing change or expecting you to work at someone else’s pace.

It’s about meeting you where you are and exploring what is possible from there.

Support that starts with where you are

A structured 1:1 mentoring experience

The Embodied Breath Mentorship Program is a structured 1:1 program rather than a one-off breathwork session.

It provides personalised support over time, allowing space to explore practices, awareness and reflection between sessions rather than expecting everything to change in one appointment.

The program incorporates gentle breathwork and embodied practices alongside reflection, awareness and practical tools.

Depending on the individual’s needs and what we establish together, sessions may explore:

  • Breath and body awareness

  • Gentle grounding and regulation practices

  • Emotional awareness and self-connection

  • Recognising and respecting current capacity

  • Sustainable practices for everyday life

  • Exploring patterns that may be affecting how you experience yourself and your life

  • Developing greater awareness of your needs

  • Exploring what is possible for you right now

There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

The program is adapted to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit the program.

Sometimes it’s: “What can I do right now?”

That philosophy sits at the heart of my work.

A structured program designed for consistency

My services are available to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, where the participant’s individual plan and funding arrangements allow the service to be accessed.

As a private provider, I work directly with participants and, where appropriate, their support network or plan manager.

Because every participant’s circumstances and funding arrangements are different, please confirm that the proposed service is permitted under your individual plan and funding arrangements before commencing.

If you’re unsure whether my program is suitable for you, that’s okay.

You don’t need to work that out on your own.

The first step is simply a conversation.

During your NDIS Clarity Call, we can discuss your circumstances, the program and whether it may be an appropriate fit before anything is booked or commenced.

For NDIS participants

For support coordinators

Are you supporting an NDIS participant who may be looking for a gentle, personalised and capacity-aware approach?

I’m happy to provide information about the 1:1 Embodied Breath Mentorship Program and discuss whether it may be an appropriate fit for the participant.

During the initial conversation, we can discuss:

  • The structure of the program

  • What is included

  • The participant’s individual circumstances

  • Whether the program may be an appropriate fit

  • Relevant funding arrangements

  • The process for commencing if the service is suitable

I value working collaboratively with the participant and their support network while keeping the participant’s individual needs, choices and autonomy at the centre of the process.

Not sure if it’s the right fit?

You don’t have to know before you contact me.

Choosing support is a personal decision.

The NDIS Clarity Call gives you an opportunity to ask questions, learn how the program works and explore whether it may be appropriate for you or the participant you support.

There is no pressure and no obligation to commence the program.
