2. Orders & Payments All prices are in AUD and include applicable taxes. Payment is required before receiving products or attending packages.

3. Shipping & Delivery Standard shipping may take up to 14 days. Occasionally, delays may occur beyond our control, but we will provide tracking numbers so customers can follow their order every step of the way. We post Australia wide please note prices DO NOT INCLUDE POSTAGE.

4. Returns, Damages & Feedback If a product arrives damaged or is faulty, please email [melanieeyes@gmail.com] with a photo within 14 days of delivery.
