I had a breathwork session with Mel, um, about two weeks ago now, and, uh, in a time when I was feeling really, um, dysregulated with my nervous system. Um, She was incredible. She was really, um, heartfelt, very heart led and helped me ground myself back in to normal, which was amazing.
I've been using the breathwork techniques that she has, gifted me that knowledge and I've been using those ever since.
So yeah, I'd highly recommend Mel. She's amazing.”
